Using the new Stage Lighting setting on the Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, which (after a few tries) will magically isolate your subject in total darkness as if it is spotlit on a stage. The trick is to get lighting that is close to a spotlight, like hard sun, with as dark a background as possible. It takes a few tries, but the results are somewhat spectacular. I have no idea how they do it.
